The firm started in the D3K3 financial class of the Ministry of Water Resources, Works, and Housing. In 1998, the firm realizing serious growth over the years decided to move to a higher class, D2K2. The firm in 2006 graduated to the elite class of building contractors, that is, D1K1. The company's first year was largely spent researching the market for profitable opportunities and building a network of relationships with key players in the construction industry. Stivo Company Limited aims to make its services available to individuals, institutions, and communities in Ghana and the world as a whole.
